Will Call:  If your pet is on a "Will Call" for pick up, be sure you speak to one of our staff prior to coming to pick up your pet.  If no one is available when you call, leave a single message.  Someone will return your call and coordinate a time for pick up.  This will prevent you the possible inconvenience of someone not being available to assist you when you come to pick up your pet.

NOTE:  Will Call pick up is for pet owners that may be flying  etc. and do not know what time they will be able to pick up their pet.
